Shipping & Returns
All orders within Norway are shipped through Postnord or Bring/Posten.no. All international orders are shipped through either DHL or UPS.

Shipping time & Price:
Norway: 2-5 working days (129 NOK / 13 EUR)
Europe: 7-14 working days (299 NOK / 29 EUR)
Outside of Europe: 10-15+ working days (349 NOK / 34 EUR)
Before shipping an item back to us, you must request a return authorisation request from our returns department within 14 days of receiving your order. This will ensure our returns department receive your request, rather than our customer care team. Make sure you include your order number in your email so that we can process your return quickly for you.

We do not allow returns for the following:
- Sale items can not be exchanged/returned
- Products purchased during a promotional sale period
- Products received in a condition other than their original condition
- Products without their tags attached
- Products that appear worn or smell of perfume, deodorant or tan
- Products that are marked or damaged in any way
Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order.
Norway (for customers in Norway only)

All returns must be paid for by the customer. We will cover the cost for an exchanged item. Once we receive the returned parcel, and verify that the items are in perfect condtition we will send you a new requested item, or submit a refund.
International Returns (customers outside of Norway)
Please note, you will need to cover the cost of your return back to us. Returns must include a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels. Tracking information for the return must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive the returned parcel, and verify that the items are in perfect condtition we will accept the refund.
In case of an exchange, we will ship the wished item as soon as we receive the original order. This could be an item of the same value, or the same item in a different size. If the wished exchange is not possible you will be contacted with the option of changing it into something else or receiving a refund.
